An electronics and telecommunications engineer by profession, Uday Shankar worked for more than two decades in the field of Information Technology . He was in the senior management cadre in companies like ONGC, Bosch, SHCIL, Satyam and Reliance . He was heading multinational teams for IT services spread across US , UK . Australia ,Singapore etc before moving into media.

As a Trainer and Evangelist, he designs and delivers programs on soft skills, such as communication, voice modulation, negotiation, stress management, time management, business English and accent, leadership, and voice over trainings for corporate clients.
